✅ 𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔:
To qualify, applicants must:
1. Be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
2. Currently enrolled or accepted in a College program
3. Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.75 or better
4. Have no failing grades in the previous semester
5. Demonstrate financial need (proof of low family income or non-taxpayer status)
6. Be of good moral character (with a certification from the school)
7. Not be a current recipient of any full academic scholarship grant
📄 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Applicants must submit both scanned/photocopied and original copies of the following:
🔹 Accomplished Application Form (Scan the QR code on the poster)
🔹 2 copies of a recent 2x2 ID photo
🔹 Photocopy of School ID
🔹 Certificate of Enrollment or Admission
🔹 Latest Transcript of Records (TOR)
🔹 Certificate of Good Moral Character
🔹 Barangay Certificate of Residency
🔹 Parents’/Guardians’ Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Indigency
🔹 Short Essay (minimum of 300 words): “Why I Deserve to be a Migoy’s Burger PH Scholar”
