Tajima Wagyu Gyudon, simmered low and slow until everything just melts together—savory, balanced, not too sweet.
And after peeling and slicing 2 kilos of onions… this was my reward. I had mine with a raw organic egg, pickled ginger, and spring onions (highly recommend). But straight from the pack works just as well as long as you’ve got steaming hot rice.
