Where our Hikari Ceremonial Blend Matcha comes from 🌱

Had the amazing opportunity to visit the farm where our Hikari blend comes from and firsthand see the care behind every step from cultivation to processing 🥹💟

You can see how much of a difference first harvest matcha makes! It’s only picked once a year when the leaves are at their most vibrant and full of flavor! Definitely a slower process but totally worth it! 🤩

Our Hikari is a blend of Okumidori, Saemidori, Saeakari, and Tsuyuhikari cultivars creating a smooth and gentle umami flavor! 🪅
