Cebu Bloggers Society (CBS), the premiere blogging organization in Cebu, driven with its mission to promote Cebu and the Cebuanos around the world with a sense of pride is proud to host and present the first ever Cebu Food Crawl. Cebu Bloggers Society, Inc., (http://cebubloggers.com) is a non-stock, non-profit organization founded in 2008. It is the first blogging group in the country that is registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission. Composed of more than 70 members, CBS aims to promote Cebu through the use of new media such as blogging and social networking. It also desires to develop its members to be value-driven and productive nation builders by utilizing online media to reach out to communities. The Participants and Their Influence
The tour is open to all food aficionados, bloggers, and social media influencers who will write reviews about their restaurant and food experiences during the event. The reviews are published online and will be viewed by readers who are potentially interested in what Cebu has to offer. Only those whose reach and niche which are parallel with the goals and objectives of the event will be registered. CBS will monitor every participant’s compliance with social media postings and blog publications. It shall provide partner restaurants with links of the posts after the event. Cebu Food Crawl provides high exposure of brands for its partner restaurants by allowing participants to have a personal brand experience with the restaurants. CFC will help the restaurants to promote, innovate and develop market brands among its potential diners. This is also a unique sponsorship opportunity since this is the first food crawl in Cebu.
