Introducing our newest varietal, Pa-Mati Honey 🥭🍯

This first batch was foraged this January by our partner honey hunters in Davao de Oro and Davao Oriental, traveling southward from Tagum through lowland forests en route to Mati.

Pa-Mati honey is produced by the Pisukan bee, which collects nectar from hardwood trees such as narra, talisay, and tipulo, as well as fruit blossoms like mango and durian.

We’ve already collected three batches of this varietal throughout the first quarter of 2026, each one slightly different in flavor profile. Our first batch of Pa-Mati honey has a smoky, bright, and mango-forward flavor profile that you’ll surely enjoy with a fresh variety of drinks and dishes!
