Hello Xiaokis! We are truly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us. We saw how excited everyone was to try our products, especially the Chocolate Xiao Long Bao.

Because of this overwhelming support, we experienced very high order traffic. We prepared as much as we could, but due to the 15-minute preparation time needed to serve Xiao Long Bao fresh from the steamer, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate all orders, including some pre-orders.

If you pre-ordered or have not yet received your order, please message us so we can accommodate you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you so much for your patience and support.
