Sugar Dream Acres Freckles is our biggest bodied and framed doe. When I weighed her last week she weighed 217 lbs. She is definitely a big girl!

Freckles is an exceptional producer of milk and kids. She has been our top producing doe the last three years peaking at two gallons each of those years. The last three years she has had quads and we only lost one of those 12 kids.

Freckles has been paired with our homegrown silver roan buck, Sugar Dream Acres Jennings. She will be our oldest doe kidding this year at seven years old. I am doubtful she will have quads this year—maybe triplets—as she does not seem as heavy as some years, but I have to remeber she is one of our last does to kid. Her due date is April 13, so she has over two months to go yet. If you have been following our herd page long, you know I am not about kid numbers, rather I want the end result to be healthy dams and kids. I am always praying for that!
