It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our business due to financial losses and operational challenges that we can no longer sustain.
We acknowledge that some client transactions were left pending, including orders and commitments that were not fulfilled as expected. We sincerely apologize for this and understand the frustration and disappointment caused.
Please know that this situation was not our intention, and we did not plan for the business to end this way. However, due to financial constraints, we are limited to none in our capacity to immediately settle all obligations.
Despite this, we are making efforts to coordinate with affected clients and discuss possible arrangements for settlement.
