It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. Looking back, I’m filled with deep gratitude for everyone who has been part of this journey — from the very beginning until now.
To those who believed in me when this was just an idea, and to those who continue to show their support even after a decade — thank you. This dream would not have been possible without you.
The journey hasn’t always been smooth. It’s been filled with late nights, tough days, and moments where giving up felt easier. But through all the ups and downs, we held on. We kept going. And we made it.
I’m especially thankful for my amazing team behind Don Rodolfo’s Café. You’ve helped carry the vision, day in and day out. Your dedication, heart, and hard work built the soul of this place. This is your win, too. Our win.
We started in a small space in Liboton, with nothing but hope, heart, and a few tables. Slowly, we grew. We took chances. We stumbled, we learned, and we kept moving forward — step by step. Today, we stand proudly in our home in Concepcion Grande, and it still feels surreal.
Over the past ten years, we’ve created not just food and drinks — but memories. We’ve shared stories, laughter, tears, celebrations, and even quiet moments with each of you. Every visit, every kind word, every smile — they’ve all stayed with us.
As we celebrate this milestone, I can’t help but feel emotional. This café holds more than just a business — it holds a piece of my heart and the hearts of everyone who’s been part of its story.
And as we look ahead, I’m filled with hope and excitement for what’s still to come. There’s so much more we dream of, so many more stories to write — and I pray we get to share those with you, too.
