What is your IGT ?
I've been working more than half of my life where my journey never stops. From a College Educator to Overseas Filipino Worker, definitely there is always a twist but of course, there is something peculiar that challenged my perseverance, temper and patience. As a human being, sometimes we cannot control our emotion depending on the situation but at the end of the day, as a professional, everything ended smoothly. There are cantankerous individuals who have so much belief in themselves assuming that they know everything and fustigated your capabilities but I don't pay much attention with them and I don't wanna waste my time to a useless conversation.
I'm not a neophyte when it comes to working with different people from all walks of life and of different nationalities as well. Working out of my comfort zone is one thing I'm really looking forward to and BPO gave me this opportunity. When I was hired by IGT, I considered it already as a Big Challenge. WHY? Simply because I will enter a different task which I don't have any idea how it will work and how will I adopt myself in the world of travel. Honestly, it is not that easy but... with the Motivations and Words of Encouragement from our Trainer and those who are in the prod, the challenge was accepted. Practice makes perfect became my guide. Working with very supportive Team Leaders, Subject Matter Specialist and the Support Group and those Agents that I am working with, from a day to day basis, the complexity of the tasks became lighter and lighter and it helps build my confidence. IGT offers more opportunities to dreamers and hardworking individuals achieving their goals. That's one thing I really like with IGT.
