This was my fourth try..and so far, ito talaga ang 'most successful'

Close friends said its was good. But i think, I need to add more ube filling. More as in enough for the dough.

Will post pre-order once na maachieve ko na yung tamang ratio.

My second attempt on this pandesal recipe.

It may look pandemonay but it's not. Nagdecide lang ako na i-skip ung log-cut method to get the iconic "pandesal look".

Champorado na lang kulang mamaya..

Story time:

Most of my baked products are because of my cravings. Yung iba, favorites ko sa malalaking bake shops/ cafés, yung iba ay out of curiousity at meron din namang request ng loved ones.

At itong pandesal na ito ay request ng anak ko. He even told me to wake him up para makabili ng palaman na gusto nya (liver spread). Not yet perfect (nagkamali sa procedure) pero edible naman. Pandesal ng mga trentahin to. Very little sugar. Best with butter and champorado. Pwede rin with nuttela.

I just want to share this journey with you. Excited akong mabola ng anak ko.
