Jinky’s Deli Bites has moved to a brand-new spot! 🎉
We are so thrilled about our new location because it is incredibly convenient for all of our amazing customers. Whether you are heading home after mass or filling up your baskets with fresh veggies from our local farmers at the market, you can now easily drop by our booth without a hitch! 🛒⛪✨

I challenged myself and know that it is doable..

This is not the original design the debutant wants (my niece actually ❤️)
My sis and I, na mga pala desisyon 😄😅 looked for another design that is so fitting to her theme. SI ako naman, tan aw daun ug Pinterest. That's where I saw this design and my sis also liked it! I don't know how she convinced and made our niece agree! Hahaha 🤣
My mind started spinning, how to do it, what to use etc. That was 2 weeks before the event. As the date is quickly approaching, that's where I realized its not that easy to put the design together and using soft frosting at that! Made the sugar flowers ahead pero naabtan gihapon ug night before the date nahimo tanan ang sugar flowers hahaha! For the twinkling stars, I attached the fairy lights to a string of faux rhinestone to make the twinkling effects. It is attaching the string to the cake that is challenging. If it is fondant, its easy. But since its soft icing, you have to be exact where to place it kay dili jud pwd usbon. Another hurdle is the location. Mobiyahe pa ug 1 hour paingon sa venue. So, I decided to stacked the 3 tiers, iced and fondant details attached before transport. Naka seat belt pa na ha?! 🤣🤣
Thankfully, no incident happened along the way and we arrived safely. Didto na nko gibutang all the details.
And this was the finished product. I was so happy that I was able to pull it through. And I do hope the celebrant love the design even though it was not her choice! Hahahaha!!

Since our previous area is now restricted for vending, we’ve moved just ACROSS THE MAIN HIGHWAY, A FEW METERS AHEAD OF OUR PREVIOUS LOCATION.
This will be our temporary location until we can find a better place that will be easy for you all to get to us!
Don't worry— Ilocos Style Empanadas and those mini donuts are coming with us 😊😍!

Our Sunday Pop-Up will be back next week but we will be MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION!

Headline: 📢 SUNDAY UPDATE: Taking a Short Break

​Hello, everyone! Just a quick heads-up that Jinky’s Deli Bites will not be at our usual spot tomorrow, Sunday. We have some family matters to attend to, so our Ilocos Style Empanadas will be taking a one-day vacation. 🏠❤️
​We will be back and frying fresh again next Sunday!

​Please also note that when we return, there will be a slight price adjustment to our menu. We’ve done our best to keep costs down, but due to the rising prices of raw materials, we need to update our pricing to maintain the quality you love.
