✨ How Hace Bakes Began ✨

It all started with a bunch of ripe Cavendish bananas.

My husband, David, loves his bananas, but he prefers them greenish—so when I found a bunch turning too ripe, I couldn’t bear the thought of wasting them.

Instead, I turned them into something special—a banana bread that soon became our family favorite.

But the story doesn’t end there. 🍌💛

As I tweaked the recipe to make it diabetic-friendly for David, with less sugar and no preservatives, it became something more.

I started baking muffins for easy snacking, and soon enough, I was sharing them with friends. Every bite brought smiles, and they all said the same thing—“These are so good, why don’t you sell them?”

That’s when the idea for Hace Bakes was born.

The name itself is a little piece of my heart, a combination of my kids’ names—Hans and Grace.

It’s a business that started from my love for baking, my passion for feeding my family wholesome, guilt-free treats, and the desire to share that love with others.

Now, I’m excited to share this journey with you.
