If your order is for takeout or delivery, we kindly ask that you eat it as soon as possible after receiving it. Since our lomi is served hot and freshly made, leaving it for too long may cause the noodles to absorb the broth, resulting in a softer texture. Delayed consumption may also increase the risk of food contamination if not handled properly.
