For participants who wish to deepen their expertise, an optional third day is available through a Train-the-Trainer Workshop.

This session serves as the first step toward becoming a TESDA-accredited Coffee Trainer. Participants will be introduced to TESDA's training methodologies, competency standards, and assessment requirements related to coffee production and processing.

While completion of this workshop does not automatically confer TESDA trainer accreditation, it provides a solid foundation for those who aspire to teach, mentor, and lead coffee training programs in their own communities or organizations.

Whether your goal is to establish a coffee farm, open a café, train future coffee professionals, or promote coffee education in your region, this workshop is an excellent starting point for your journey as a coffee educator.
