Chicken Monster didn’t begin as a franchise concept.
It began at home with the fried chicken I would prepare as baon for my kids.
They loved it. And as a father, there’s something special about seeing your children enjoy something you made with your own hands.
But the business idea came from a real problem.
When we launched Halo-Halo Monster, we realized that halo-halo is usually a post-meal treat. Panghimagas siya. No matter how good it is, customers still need something to eat first.
So I studied the market.
We tested different versions—Korean-style, Filipino-style, and Taiwan-style fried chicken. We kept improving the recipe, texture, serving size, and overall experience.
In the end, the market decided for us.
The Taiwan-style fried chicken became the clear favorite.
The one customers enjoyed and kept coming back for.
That’s how Chicken Monster was born: a big, satisfying boneless fried chicken meal that perfectly complements Halo-Halo Monster.
From something I lovingly prepared for my children, it has now become a concept we’re ready to grow and share with more communities.
And now, we’re looking for our first five franchise partners.
