Mamu To Go – Made to Order Terms & Conditions
Thank you for trusting Mamu To Go with your meal! Because each dish is lovingly prepared fresh just for you, here are a few important things to keep in mind:
⏳ Order Timing
All orders are made to order and require 2 to 3 days’ notice. This gives Mamu enough time to carefully prepare your meal with the freshest ingredients and the love it deserves.
💳 Payment
We accept online payment (GPay, bank transfer, etc.) and cash if that’s easier for you.To secure your order, we require a deposit of either 25% or 50% of the total amount upfront. This helps us plan and prepare just right for you.

❌ No Cancellations
Since your order is specially made just for you, cancellations are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us minimize waste and honor the time and care put into your meal.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
We will confirm your delivery or pickup time once your order is ready. We promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
⚠️ Allergies & Special Requests
Our kitchen uses common ingredients like nuts, dairy, and gluten.
