🍣 Hi, everyone! I’m Jeff, the person behind Haiiro Gaisen.
Cooking Japanese food has always been more than just a job for me it’s my passion.
Before starting Haiiro Gaisen, I worked as a Japanese chef onboard international cruise ships, serving guests from all over the world. Before that, I was a Head Chef at a Japanese restaurant here in the Philippines. Every experience has taught me the importance of quality, consistency, and preparing every dish with care.
Today, I’m bringing that same restaurant quality experience straight to your table. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving authentic Japanese food, every tray is prepared with fresh ingredients and the same passion I’ve had since the beginning of my career.
