‼️Loyalty Card Program Mechanics‼️

Eligibility

1. Customers will receive **one (1) stamp/sticker** for every purchase of any of the following regular menu items:

* Rice Bowl
* Chicken Fries
* Truffle Fries
* 6-Piece Wings/Boneless
* 12-Piece Wings/Boneless

2. Purchases made under the following are **not eligible** for loyalty stamps/stickers:

* Promotional offers
* Bundle meals
* Discounted packages
* Government-mandated discounts (Senior Citizen, PWD, and other applicable discounts)

Loyalty Card Registration

3. Customers must provide the following information upon receiving their loyalty card:

* Full Name
* Contact Number
* Birthday

5. Each customer is entitled to **one (1) loyalty card only**.

6. Loyalty cards are **non-transferable** and may only be used by the registered cardholder.

Stamp/Sticker Collection

7. No loyalty card, no stamp/sticker. Customers must present their loyalty card at the time of purchase to receive the corresponding stamp/sticker.

8. Lost, damaged, altered, or defaced loyalty cards will not be replaced, and previously earned stamps/stickers may be forfeited.

9. Customers must present their loyalty card during the actual purchase.

10. Only official stamps/stickers issued by the store are valid.

Online Orders

11. For online orders, customers must inform the store admin or rider that they wish to claim their loyalty stamp/sticker.

12. The corresponding sticker entitlement will be recorded in the store's system and can be claimed upon presentation of the loyalty card.

13. The store reserves the right to verify online purchases before awarding stamps/stickers.

Redemption

14. Completed loyalty cards must be presented for validation before redemption of rewards.

15. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions and discounts.

16. Only original loyalty cards with valid stamps/stickers will be accepted for redemption.

General Terms

17. Management reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void loyalty cards suspected of fraud, misuse, tampering, or duplication.

18. Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the loyalty card program and its mechanics without prior notice.

19. By participating in the loyalty card program, customers agree to abide by all terms and conditions stated herein.
