We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook / Kitchen Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service, with formal education in hospitality or a related field.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) course or any related culinary program
Must possess a Diploma or Certificate in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
With or without experience (experience in a restaurant or food service setting is an advantage)
Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures
Assist in inventory and stock management
Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
