Here’s our updated schedule, crafted to give us more time to develop new flavors, research recipes, and improve our products for you:

• Meet-ups: By arrangement (LCC Nabua or nearby)

🗓 Wednesday–Saturday
• Homebased Pop-Up: 4PM–8PM
• Pick-up hours: 10AM–8PM

Dearest Sweethearts,

First and foremost, thank you—truly—from the bottom of our hearts. Your constant love, support, and belief in SOS mean more than words can ever express. Many of you think of us even on ordinary days, and for that, we are beyond grateful.

It’s difficult for us to write this, but we believe in being honest and transparent with you, our beloved community.

Over the past week, SOS has been going through a significant transition. Currently, the shop is being managed by just one person, especially during weekdays. While we are incredibly thankful for the overwhelming demand for our products, the reality is that behind the scenes, things have been extremely challenging.

Ms. Vinnie, one of the heart and hands behind SOS, has been experiencing health issues that now require a full week of rest, as advised by their doctor. It was a difficult decision to pause operations, but it is necessary to ensure long-term wellness and sustainability—for the team and the business as a whole.

We are deeply sorry for this sudden pause in our operations. We know that we’ve always asked for your support, and you’ve given it to us so generously, without hesitation. Today, we find ourselves asking for something even more personal—your understanding.

SOS will be temporarily closed for one week, not out of convenience, but out of necessity. We’ve come to realize that we can’t continue to pour from an empty cup. In order to serve you with the joy, care, and quality you deserve, we must also take care of ourselves.

This short break will also serve as a time of introspection. We are working on creating a more sustainable system—one that ensures our team is supported, and that no one burns out, especially when health is on the line.

We are truly sorry if this causes any inconvenience, and we hope you know that this decision was made with a heavy heart, but also with the hope that we can come back stronger—for you.

Thank you for walking with us, not just in the easy moments, but also in times like this. We carry your kindness with us always.
