Founder’s Release

Puerto Galera gets first dibs.

Our very first production run of Chef Boutique Braised Lamb Shanks has just come out of the NJC kitchen.

Five hours of slow braising.

Imported Australian lamb.

Rustic vegetables.

Rich house braising sauce.

Vacuum packed, pasteurised and ready to finish at home.

Each pack is sold by Net Cooked Lamb Weight and includes a generous serving of rustic vegetables and braising sauce.

This is Batch One – Founder’s Release.

Once these leave Puerto Galera, the remaining packs head to Manila for the official Chef Boutique launch.

Previous kitchen experience is essential. We’ll teach you our systems, but you must already understand food safety, kitchen discipline and how a professional kitchen operates.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Hard-working and committed
• Able to learn and retain new skills
• Organised and pays attention to detail
• Takes pride in quality work
