We would like to address a recent order concern.

The customer placed an order (as shown in the attached details), and all items were carefully prepared and completed before dispatch. However, the customer reported a “missing item” claim despite the order being complete upon release.

We also received the photo submitted as evidence, which clearly shows that the food had already been opened, consumed, and nearly finished. We respectfully ask: if there was truly a missing item, why was the photo taken only after most of the food had already been eaten?

We run our business with honesty and integrity. Situations like this are very concerning, especially when claims are made after consumption, possibly to request refunds for items that were already received and enjoyed.

We kindly ask for fairness and honesty from everyone. False claims not only affect small businesses like ours but also the hardworking team behind every order.
