Sa Walang Oven pede I steam!

Steamed COCONUT MACAROONS RECIPE 👇🙂

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
2 cups dessicated coconut
Pinch of salt
Raisins

Steam for 20-25mins.

ingredients
2 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla (4ml)
1 cup evaporated milk (250ml)
1 teaspoon vinegar (4ml)
1 tbsp red food color liquid (12ml)
1/2 cup cooking oil (size cup 125ml)
(mix ingredients)
2 cup all purpose flour (240g)
1¼ cup sugar (250g)
2 tablespoon cocoa powder (12g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (10g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
2 teaspoon baking soda (6g)

3oz cupcake liners 3oz molds large size
Steam medium heat for 6 minutes after 6 minutes low heat for 12 minutes

if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 18 to 20 minutes

Choco fudge:

375ml milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter

Dissolve niyo po yung mixture (except for the butter) before heating the pan. Stir constantly under low heat lang, hanggang sa maging thickly na and then lagay mo na yung butter hehe

CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD 🇵🇭

Easy recipe this holiday season!

Ingredients:
500g elbow macaroni
1 carrot, chopped
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 small red onion, chopped
2 pc chicken breast, shredded
1 cup Eden Cheese, cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup condensed milk

2 evap Alaska (yellow)

🍀 IGADO recipe 😋 🤤

Ingredients:
4 tablespoon annatto oil
1 medium onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
500 grams pork belly cut into strips
500 grams pork liver cut into strips
2 ½ cup water
¾ cup vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
3 pcs bay leaf
1 medium carrot julienned
1 small white radish julienned
1 small green bell pepper julienned
1 small red bell pepper julienned
¾ cup green peas
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS


Saute onion and garlic in annato oil. Add the liempo and cook until the pieces turn light brown then add the liver. cook for three minutes and season to taste.
Pour in 1 ½ cup water. Let it boil then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered until all liquids are almost gone. Turn the heat up to high, then add the vinegar. (Do not stir at any point during this stage.) Lower heat to medium once the acid from the vinegar diffuses. Stir briefly then remove the liver and set aside.
Add the soy sauce, bay leaves, carrots, white radish, and bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add back the liver and pour about 1 cup water. Add the green peas and let them simmer until vegetables are cooked.
Turn the heat off and transfer it to a serving dish. Serve with steaming hot rice.
