What started as a simple feasibility study proposal in our class soon grew into a heartfelt mission and its to bring back the classic palitaw and shine a spotlight on the rich tradition of Filipino kakanin. What was once just an idea on paper became a journey of creativity, teamwork, and passion.

Through this journy, we not only revived a beloved treat but also found a way to share our culture, stories, and flavors with everyone around us. From concept to reality, every sweet bite has carried our dedication and love for Filipino heritage, proving that even the simplest idea can grow into something truly meaningful.
