Trade Partners Symposium 2026 — 1st Batch

Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City — The AFP Commissary and Exchange Service (AFPCES) successfully conducted the Trade Partners Symposium 2026 on Friday, July 31, at the AFPCES Headquarters, bringing together partner suppliers to strengthen coordination and collaboration. The activity was spearheaded by LTC ROGELIO A VILLAMANTE Jr GSC (FS) PA, AFPCES Chief of Staff and Operations Officer (OCX3), who oversaw the conduct of the symposium.

In her opening remarks, LTC VANESSA ANGELA S SAMUDIO GSC (FS) PA, AFPCES Deputy Commander, welcomed the participating suppliers and highlighted the vital role of trade partners in fulfilling the organization's mission. She emphasized that every decision made, product delivered, and partnership built on trust ultimately benefits thousands of authorized customers.

The symposium served as a platform to align AFPCES and its trade partners on updated policies, guidelines, and merchandise-handling procedures. It also provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer service in response to evolving requirements.

A highlight of the activity was the open forum, where suppliers and AFPCES representatives discussed concerns, clarified issues, and exchanged insights, further strengthening their working relationship.
