Eto pa bago matapos ang taon, share ko lang. 😁 As some of you may know, or perhaps aren’t aware, we currently operate three private resorts and are in the process of constructing two additional resort units in Tagaytay.

Now, we recently started a new project transforming an unused property into our 5th private resort project, which will include two new villas (our 6th and 7th private resort units). This opportunity came about after the owner saw my interview with Karen Davila and reached out, intrigued by our business model and impressed with how we manage the business.

He asked me to take a look at his property, and since meron tayong resort project sa Tagaytay, I was able to visit the site.

Nung na-check ko yung lugar, I immediately saw what the property could become. A prime location with great potential, featuring a large lot (750sqm) and a welcoming atmosphere. Alam mo yung, Iba kapag malamig yug lugar at presko. and It’s located in the heart of Tagaytay, malapit sa mga popular spots in the area.

So we discussed the possibilities: updating the look, enhancing the landscaping, and transforming it into a dual villa setup which could potentially double our earnings. I explained the potential income, along with the positive and negative aspects.

The owner got excited about the idea and decided to move forward by signing the contract. We’re now in the planning phase and looking forward to starting renovations soon.

This project is a great example of how you can transform an unused property into something valuable.

Instead na nakatengga lang yung property nya, at walang kinikita, he’ll just make an initial investment in renovations to transform the space into a profitable business, expecting potential long-term returns. Additionally, this business operates efficiently with low operational costs compared to other businesses that require more extensive staffing and maintenance.

Don’t get me wrong, other businesses can offer potentially unlimited earnings but come with higher risks or possible losses. Real estate, however, is a more secure option. It typically involves very low to zero risk and offers long-term benefits.

Pwede mo pa itong gamitin for personal use, like bakasyunan. Kapag hindi mo naman ito gagamitin, you can earn from long-term rentals, or generate higher returns from short-term daily rentals. It’s also profitable for hosting events or special occasions, and over time, the property value typically appreciates. Additionally, selling the property can yield a significant return.

If you’re seeking a secure business venture, real estate is a solid choice. 💯
