At Kibutzi Café, we had a special hands-on barista training session with Nicolo Miguel Coching , who will soon be opening his very own coffee shop in Kalibo, Aklan! ❤️

It’s inspiring to see his perseverance, genuine interest, and eagerness to learn—from understanding coffee and proper preparation to developing the skills and confidence behind every cup.

At Kibutzi Café, we believe that knowledge and skills become even more meaningful when they are shared. We are always happy to pass on what we have learned, especially when it helps someone pursue a dream and build something of their own.

This is just the beginning of his coffee journey, and we’re excited to see where his passion takes him. ☕
