When One Poht Lasagna first began, all we had was a recipe, a pot, and a dream of sharing homemade lasagna with our community.

❤️ Some days remind us why we started.

When we began One Poht Lasagna, we knew there would be busy days, slow days, unexpected challenges, and moments we'd never forget.

Today became one of those moments.

Every reservation for today's batch was spoken for while we were still preparing the lasagna. The kitchen was buzzing, messages were coming in, and before we knew it, it was time to head out for deliveries.

It was so busy that we forgot to do something we almost always do—we didn't take a single photo of today's orders before they left the kitchen.

Looking back, we wouldn't have had it any other way.

Those missing photos mean something to us. They mean we were focused on making sure every meal was packed with care, every garlic bread was toasted fresh, and every order was ready to reach our customers on time.

To everyone who chose One Poht Lasagna today, thank you.

Every reservation, every recommendation, every shared post, and every message reminds us that we're building more than a food business—we're building something people look forward to.

🌞 A New Chapter for One Poht Lasagna ❤️🍝

Every small business grows one step at a time.

Today marks something special for us—it's the first time we're preparing a lunchtime batch instead of our usual afternoon deliveries.

We're about to head out to pick up today's fresh ingredients before getting back into the kitchen. Our goal is to have today's batch freshly prepared and ready around lunchtime, with deliveries beginning from 12:00 PM onwards.

This is something we've been wanting to try for a while, and we're excited to see where it leads. Whether it becomes an occasional offering or something we can do more regularly, we're grateful to have this opportunity because of your continued support.

Good food grows with good feedback. ❤️

When we first started One Poht Lasagna, our goal was simple—to make weekends a little more special with homemade lasagna.

Over the past few weeks, though, many of you have shared the same suggestion:

"It would be nice if One Poht was available on weekdays too."

We listened.

Earlier this week, we opened a special Tuesday batch to see how a weekday production day would work—and we were incredibly grateful for the support it received.

Then something happened.

Several customers reached out asking if we could also prepare orders for Friday, so instead of waiting until the weekend, we decided to make it happen.

That's why we're opening a Special Friday Batch (July 24).

We're taking this one step at a time, learning from your feedback, and seeing how we can make One Poht Lasagna available beyond weekends while continuing to serve every order with the same homemade quality and care.

And thanks to your support, Friday is already almost fully booked!
