Paano bumili ng kamatis? Kung bibili ka pang several days, wag puro hinog ang piliin mo. Ang green at yellow tomatoes ay para mga ilang araw na hindi mo pa kailangan gamitin ang kamatis. Itago lang sa paper bag at sa kitchen counter (hindi sa refrigerator). Mahihinog pa ang green at yellow na kamatis at magdedevelop pa ang flavor at texture nito after 3-4 days. Alam mo ba kung an-ano ang mga dapat at hindi dapat ilagay na prutas at gulay sa refrigerator? Go ahead, Ask Chef Erik!

Panahon man ng mangga o hindi may tips para siguradong matamis ang mangga 🥭🥭🥭:
1. Smell from the stem end, pag sweet and fruity ang aroma, ok yan!
2. Don’t buy mangoes on the day of consumption- purchase 2-3 days in advance.
3. Itago mo sa loob ng paper bag o bigasan- this will trap the ethylene gas from the mango and will facilitate ripening.
4. Ilagay lang sa ref 1 before serving to enjoy chilled, hindi sa ref ang tamang storage ng mangga.
