Cinnamon Roll Recipe

Ingredients

For the Dough:

• 1 cup warm milk (110°F / 45°C)

• 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• 2 eggs, room temperature

• ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

• 1 tsp salt

• 4 – 4½ cups all-purpose flour

For the Filling:

• ¾ cup brown sugar, packed

• 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

• ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

• 4 oz cream cheese, softened

• ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

• 1 – 1½ cups powdered sugar

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt



Instructions

1. Make the Dough:

• In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.

• Stir in sugar, eggs, butter, and salt. Add flour gradually until a soft dough forms.

• Knead dough for 5–7 minutes by hand or mixer until smooth and elastic.

• Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

2. Prepare Filling:

• Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.

• Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 16×12-inch rectangle.

• Spread softened butter over dough, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

3. Roll and Cut:

• Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long edge.

• Slice into 12 even rolls and place into a greased 9×13-inch pan.

4. Second Rise & Bake:

• Cover and let rise 30 minutes until puffy.

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20–22 minutes until golden.

5. Make the Frosting:

• Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.

• Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fluffy.

6. Frost & Serve:

• Spread frosting over warm rolls and enjoy!



Tips

• For overnight rolls: place cut rolls in the pan, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temp before baking.

• Add chopped pecans or raisins to the filling for extra texture.

Pork Caldereta with coconut milk
Ingredients:
• 850g pork ribs
• 350g pork liempo
• 2 medium potatoes
• 1 medium carrot
• 2 small onions
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 bell peppers
• 4 bay leaves
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 4 cups water
• 100ml coconut cream
• 3 red chilies
• fish sauce
• salt and pepper

Methods:
In a heated pan, add oil, fry the bell peppers for 1 minute. Remove from pan. Also fry the carrot and potatoes until half cooked set aside. Sauté the garlic until brown. Saute the onion until soft. Add the chili and saute for a few seconds. Add the pork piece, stir fry for 10 minutes until brown. Add the fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, cook for 3 minutes. Add 2 cups water and bay leaves. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally!
Then add 2 cups water again. Season with salt and continue cooking until the meat is tender.
Add peanut butter, stir. Then add carrot, potatoes and coconut cream. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add sugar to balance the taste [optional]. Add bell peppers, simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 1: Prepare the Caramel:
In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup sugar with 3 tbsp water over medium heat until it turns amber.
Carefully add 2 tbsp water (it may splatter), mix, and remove from heat.
Pour into a 10x5-inch loaf pan, tilting to coat the bottom. Set aside to cool and harden.

Step 2: Make the Custard:
Whisk together 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour over the hardened caramel in the loaf pan.

Step 3: Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a bowl, mix 2 egg yolks, 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 cup milk.
In another bowl, sift together 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. In a separate bowl, beat 3 egg whites with 1/2 tsp vinegar until soft peaks form.
Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.

Step 4: Assemble and Bake:
Pour the cake batter over the custard in the loaf pan. Place the pan in a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath method).
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5: Cool and Serve:
Let the cake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Run a knife around the edges, invert onto a plate, and enjoy the caramel topping!

Ingredients:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 tsp salt
1 packet active dry yearst ( 2 1/4 tsp)
1 1/4 cups water
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
Bread crumbs

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix warm water, 1 tbsp sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until foamy.
Add flour, powdered milk, salt, melted butter, sugar and egg to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shape the dough into small balls, roll them in bread crumbs, and place on a baking sheet.
Let the dough balls rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Simple chicken recipe!! Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings with soy sauce

🍂Ingredients:

1 pound chicken wings, cut them into pieces
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Green onions, chopped (for garnish) (optional)

🍂Instructions:

1. Prepare the wings:
🔸Clean and pat dry the chicken wings.
In a bowl, toss the wings with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

2. Fry the wings:
🔸Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
🔸Add the wings to the skillet and fry for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
🔸Remove the wings from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

3. Make the sauce:
🔸In a separate skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
🔸Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
🔸Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to the skillet and stir well to combine.
🔸Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Quick and Easy Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir sugar into the chocolate mixture. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Do not overbake.
Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

✅My another version of CHICKEN CALDERETA
Ingredients:
• 1 ¾ kilograms chicken
• ½ cup soy sauce
• 1 tsp pepper

• 180g tomato sauce
• 2 bell peppers
• 3 medium potatoes
• 1 medium carrot
• 9 cloves garlic
• 1 large onion
• 3 laurel leaves
• cooking oil
• grated cheese
• green olives
• 3 red chilies
• 3 tbsp pickle relish
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 tbsp atsuete powder
• ½ cup peanut butter unsweetened

Methods:
✓ Marinate the chicken in pepper and soy sauce for 30 minutes. Then separate the marinade sauce, set aside.
✓ Put oil in the heated pan and fry the bell peppers for 1 minute. Remove from pan. Also fry the carrot and potatoes until half cooked. Remove from pan.

✓ In the same pan, saute the garlic until lightly brown.
Saute the onion until translucent. Add the chicken, saute for about 10 minutes or until brown. Pour the marinade sauce, put the laurel leaves and tomato sauce. Saute until absorbed. Add water, stir, cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium to low heat.
✓ Add the peanut butter and atsuete powder, stir to dissolve. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the carrot, potato, pickle relish and red chilies. Cook for 10 minutes. Add grated cheese according to the desired amount. Stir and cook until the sauce is reduced and thickened. Add the green olives and bell peppers. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Cassava Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 kg fresh cassava (grated)
1 cup coconut cream
1 can / 370ml evaporated milk
1 can/390g condensed milk
¼ cup melted butter
2 medium whole eggs

Fir toppings;
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup condensed milk
1 medium whole egg
½ cup grated cheese

Procedure
Mix all the ingredients for cassava cake until well combined.
Baked in a preheated oven at 180⁰c for about 45 minutes.
In a bowl mix the toppings until well blended.

After 45 minutes of baking put the topping mixture into the cassava cake and bake for another 20 minutes.
