Everyone’s going through something,
and a little kindness goes a long way.

Has an act of kindness ever changed your life?

The poem:

Just make people feel better when you can.
That’s it. That’s the secret.

We’re all going through things in different ways. Sometimes life moves at a great pace and everything locks into place. And sometimes it doesn’t.

Every now and then we cross paths with someone living through the hardest moments of their life. They might be distant, upset, or difficult, but underneath they’re just hurting.

It costs nothing to be kind, to forgive, to give people grace when they need it most. Because at some point we’ll all need to feel seen and understood.

So lift people up.
Make loving choices.
Be a good example.

When we do that, life has a way of sorting itself out.
