The term "Barako" itself reflects the coffee's strong and masculine qualities, as it translates to "stud" or "wild boar" in Filipino, symbolizing toughness.

Question: Why is the shop name BAR/AKO?

-BAR/AKO came from the strong coffee "BARAKO". The "BAR" name represents the snack bar, a place where people can grab delicious bites and refreshing drinks. The “Ako” means a personal touch and our shop is customer-centered and crafted with care and passion.
