RECIPE:
1 Kilo Pork giniling or / Chicken giniling
3 pcs carrot (hiwain ng pino)
2 pcs bell pepper (hiwain din ng pino)
1 pack ng ham (hiwain din ng pino)
1 cup pasas or raisin
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup all purpose flour
2 cups Bread crumbs
3 pcs egg
1 box Cheese (grated)
Add seasoning and salt to taste

Mix mo lang mabuti lahat ng sangkap then balot mo lang sa foil ng mabuti kung maaari ay mahigpit para mag form mabuti. Then ilagay mo lang sa ref ng overnight. Then steam na kinabukasan mg 55 minutes sa medium fire.

Pwede ng prito or kahit steam ok na.
With catsup or garlic mayo sauce..😊
