This is me choosing to start taking better care of myself - not just for me, but for our future family.
I was diagnosed with PCOS last April 2024, and as advised by my OB, I need to work on my diet and lose weight. Now that my husband and I are planning to have a baby, I feel even more motivated to prioritize my health and build healthier habits.
For now, I am doing a calorie-deficit meal plan of around 1,200 calories per day, with the help of my calorie-counted meals from IQC Calorie-Counted Meal Prep. So if you want to stay on track with your goals through real, home-style meals that youโll actually enjoy with no hassle, just message them.

๐ฝ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ: Garlic Pepper Beef - 455 calories
๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐: Tuna Sisig - 369 calories
๐ฟ๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ง: Gochujang Chicken - 368 calories
Total: 1,192 calories
I know this journey wonโt be easy, and I know it wonโt happen overnight. There will be cravings, struggles, and days when motivation is low. But Iโm reminding myself that consistency is more important than perfection.
This isnโt just about the number on the scale. Itโs about becoming a healthier, taking care of my body, and preparing myself for the beautiful journey weโre hoping to take as parents someday.
Starting weight: 78.40 kg
Starting date: Aug 24, 2026
Goal: A healthier and stronger me
And now, letโs see where Iโll be after 3 months!
Hereโs to my healthier journey and hopefully, one step closer to our dream of becoming parents. ๐ค
