We understand that this behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and upsetting, and we take full responsibility for the negative experience caused to both our customers and rider partners.

Please rest assured that the crew involved will be given a proper lesson and retraining on professional conduct and customer service to ensure this does not happen again.

Your satisfaction, safety, and experience with our customer service are our top priorities, and we are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.

We sincerely regret this incident and humbly ask for your understanding and forgiveness.
