WE ARE HIRING: GENERAL SECRETARY
We are looking for a motivated and reliable General Secretary to join our team.
Qualifications:
Male or Female
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Graduate of BS Education or Business Administration
With pleasing personality
Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet, and Canva.
Knows how to drive a motorcycle or a 4-wheel vehicle
With valid driver’s license
Preferably living within Santiago, Ilocos Sur
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Manage files and digital records
Assist in office coordination and communication

👤 Qualifications:
21–30 years old
Preferably male
Resident of Santiago, Ilocos Sur
Senior High School graduate or with a Hospitality-related course
With valid Driver’s License (motorcycle or 4-wheel)
Willing to be trained
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
With good attitude and strong work ethic
🛠️ Required Skills:
Basic customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic food preparation and handling knowledge (preferred but not required)
Teamwork and time management skills
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
📋 Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve milk tea, shawarma, and other menu items
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
Handle cash and process payments properly
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Assist in restocking supplies and inventory monitoring
Perform occasional errands or deliveries when needed
Follow company policies and food safety standards
