The reality is, this quality cut is very limited here in Bacolod. And because it’s not easy to source locally, we only offer it when supply allows. We source ours out of town from a specialty importer, which makes availability rare as stocks can differ daily.

So when it’s available again:
⚠️ expect LIMITED slots and FAST sell-outs

Quality brisket like this is becoming harder to find, which is why we’re excited to bring it to our smoke day lineup.
