This week has been crazy, and it's not even over yet!

A mountain of things to do, deadlines to meet, tasks to accomplish-- all DONE 🤩

I'm so proud of myself for finishing all I need to do ahead of time. I crushed it, and now I'll crunch it!

We all deserve a little reward after finishing something, right? 😇

Spanish naman tayo today! 🇪🇸

In celebration of Spanish National Day, is offering Spanish Specials, only available this month of October. We're trying them out!

👉🏻 Bolero Brava- layers of potatoes stacked together, fried, topped with manchego cheese, and with a slightly spicy sauce. Sobrang Sarap. Super fave namin ito.

👉🏻 Cotxino Croquetas- crispy on the outside, creamy in the inside. With bits of jamon iberico. Soooo soooo gooood!

👉🏻 New Style Ensaladilla - extra creamy potato salad with crunchy bite-sized bread sticks.

👉🏻 Empanadillas de Tortilla Espanola - Spanish omelette, cheese and chorizo.

We also tried some of their dishes:

👉🏻 Charcoal-grilled Lasagna- this is quite unique. It's only one layer, but it's wide and super meaty on the inside. It's very filling.

👉🏻 Roasted Tuna Belly - The tuna is fatty, the sauce is delicious, the whole thing is absolutely fantastic.

And of course for dessert, a big slice of the mouth-watering, award-winning Spain cheesecake with that famous silky and runny texture. 🤤

The mocktails that we had were also enjoyable. They look pretty and they taste wonderful. We had the Southside Cooler (cucumber, lime and blue pea tea), Scarlet Sunrise (orange, strawberry and raspberry flavors) and our most favorite the Aloe Sunset (aloe vera juice, lime, rosemary and hibiscus).

We had a wonderful dining experience and we highly recommend trying them out, especially the limited-time offerings.
