� 1 week advance booking
� 50% down payment (non refundable) and 50% balance before the event
� for any RESCHEDULE and CANCELLATION please give us a notice 3 days before the event. one day notice will not be considered and the customer has to pay for the progress of the whole done
� all information must be clear. please provide contact person, address and phone numbers
� additional transportation fee apply, price depends on the location
