We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience, slow service, long waiting list and line. ONCE AGAIN WE SINCERELY APOLOGIES. Since we had not expected a SUDDENED SURGE of costumers arriving. Just for only on our DAY 2 OF OPENING as much as we are well prepared due to HIGH VOLUMES OF COSTUMERS we are understaffed and overwhelmed.

REST ASSURED this matter is being resolve and given attentions seriously. As SSAM-JIN KOREAN SAMGYEOPSAL is committed and priorities our costumers experience and satisfaction.
