Joy's Food Packages and Catering Services is owned and solely manage by Mark Joey Elizalde Ibanez. The business started at the midst of pandemic on September 2021 as per order basis before going mainstream reaching 200 food packages and 10 catering served from major clients across the province of Surigao del Sur. Missy is the love child of the then Lilia "Tamay" Elizalde from Tago and late Police

Senior Master Sgt. Rosendo Guvera Ibanez of Davao City. She is considered to be the heir of the third generation of Elizalde-Lozalda clan culinary skills. Her grandparents on her maternal side were the late Tago Chief of Police Vicentito Elizalde and Herminigilda Lozada. She currently live and is assisted in her passion for the business by her Aunts Yan-yan and Belen located in Brgy Purisima, Tago, Surigao del Sur.
