Starting this week, we will no longer have our pizza pop-up booth at Westbrook Residences due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our frozen sourdough pizzas and breads remain available for pick-up at Pleasant Village, and we’re still accepting special orders for freshly baked pizzas (minimum order applies).

Our Story

Our chef started experimenting with sourdough back in 2017 and he has played with sourdough on and off over the past several years. The implementation of community quarantine due to the COVID19 pandemic gave him more time to experiment and eventually perfect his sourdough recipe.

From making sourdough loaves initially for family and friends, our chef did further experimentation which led to his specialty sourdough pizza recipe.

With Gia’s Pizza, we hope to provide a healthier alternative to the usual pizzas while still giving our customers the ultimate pizza experience of perfect crust blending with flavorful toppings.
