Bakit mas matamis at masarap ang white tea kumpara sa ibang mga tsaa?

Sagot: Mas matamis ang White Tea dahil ito ang may pinakamaraming amino acid sa lahat ng uri ng tsaa. Ang amino acid ang isa sa mga pangunahing dahilan ng aroma at lasa ng white tea, kaya’t nagbibigay ito ng natural na tamis.

Ang kapaligiran kung saan tumutubo ang mga tanim at ang sinaunang pamamaraan ng paggawa ang mga pangunahing dahilan ng mataas na amino acid sa white tea.

Ang mga taniman ng tsaa sa matataas na lugar ay laging napapalibutan ng ulap, kaya’t ang sikat ng araw ay nagiging hati at nasasakluban ang ilaw na mas angkop sa paglaki ng mga puno ng tsaa. Tieguanyin is a type of Oolong tea that comes in three main varieties based on fermentation and production methods: clear-flavored, strong-flavored, and aged.

Clear-Flavored: This type has a light taste, slight sweetness, and is made using modern techniques. It is the most popular type. It has a bright green color, clear soup, rich aroma, obvious floral scent, and a mellow taste.

Strong-Flavored: This type has a strong aroma, rich flavor, long-lasting fragrance, and noticeable sweetness. It is produced using traditional methods, including frying the tea leaves after baking and reprocessing. It has a dark, bright color, golden soup, pure aroma, and thick taste.

Aged: Also known as old or ripe tea, this is a semi-fermented tea made from clear or strong-flavored Tieguanyin that has been stored and reprocessed over a long period. It has a dark color, rich soup, sweet and mellow taste, and deep fragrance.

Modern scientific analysis shows that tea contains over 450 organic chemical compounds and more than 40 inorganic mineral elements. These include nutrients and medicinal components such as tea polyphenols, catechins, amino acids, proteins, vitamins, and more. Tieguanyin, in particular, has higher levels of tea polyphenols, catechins, and various amino acids compared to other teas.
