With humble beginnings, Mommy Enyang built the business from scratch, relying on her family recipes and a deep belief that good food brings people together. As the restaurant’s reputation grew, Frankies Roasted Cow became Frankie’s Lechon House, expanding its menu to include traditional Filipino lechon. True to her roots, Mommy Enyang preserved her traditional cooking methods and heartfelt service, transforming Frankie’s into a beloved destination. To further her vision, she established Arsiefrank Roasted Cow, a sub-company that allowed her family’s legacy to reach even more communities. Today, Frankie’s Lechon House stands as a testament to one woman’s passion and dedication, cherished as part of Filipino culinary heritage.
