"Hindi lahat ng OFW, panghabambuhay na dapat malayo sa pamilya." ❤️🇵🇭
Sa loob ng 30 taon bilang OFW, akala ko iyon na ang tanging paraan para maitaguyod ang pamilya. Pero may mas magandang plano pala ang Diyos.
Dahil sa Santé Barley International, nabigyan ako ng pagkakataong makauwi for good sa Pilipinas, kasama ang pamilya, habang patuloy na may pinagkakakitaan at nakakatulong sa maraming tao.
Ngayon, malaking karangalan na maibahagi ang aking kwento sa aking interview sa DMW.
Para sa lahat ng OFW at former OFW: huwag mawalan ng pag-asa. Posibleng dumating ang araw na hindi mo na kailangang mangibang-bansa para lang mabigyan ng magandang buhay ang iyong pamilya.
Kung nagawa ko, posible rin para sa iyo. 🇵🇭💚

Let's talk about leadership.
Isa sa nakatulong sakin bakit patuloy lumalaki ang organization is this,
"You can care people without leading them,but you cannot lead people without caring for them."

Dati akala ko basta may posisyon makakapag lead na ako pero kulang pala natutunan ko na maging mas aware sa uniqueness ng bawat tao at mas ma-appreciate ang differences nila. And I started seeing people not just as business partners or members ng team ,but as human beings na may pangarap, may potential at may kanya kanyang strengths.

Na-observe ko na kapag ganito ang mindset ng isang leader, malaki ang impact hindi lang sa tao kundi sa buong organization.

At ito rin ang nagiging personal branding natin as leaders at image ng industry na kinabibilangan natin.

If you are leading people today, here are some questions to determine kung gaano mo talaga kakilala ang mga leaders mo:

1. Write their names.
2. Ano ang dreams at goals nila sa buhay?
3. Ano ang top 3 interests or hobbies nila?
4. Ano ang gusto nilang i-improve sa mindset, attitude, o skills nila?
5. Ano ang role nila sa family nila?

Because people don’t only remember what you teach. People remember how you made them feel.
Lead people. Care for people. Build people.
Lets lead with heart.
Dont just lead but lead with them.
We can make a difference!
