Main house: area of 108 sq m, 3 bedrooms, 3 toilet and bath, kitchen, living room and dining room. Beautiful view of the mountain.

Open space for small gatherings or as tambayan for fresh air: 108 sq meters, with toilet and bath and large kitchen. Equipped with tables and chairs

Parking: enough for 4 cars

Backyard: small garden, fountain, hammock in the mango tree, and garden set.

Lot Area exclusive for guests: 630 sq m.

The area is surrounded by trees, you can also set up a tent ( bring your own).

Tourists attractions nearby:
1-2 minutes by walking, to Pundakit Public Beach, sunset here is amazing! Has a part where river water flows to the sea.

Jump off point to boat ride going to famous islands and cove: Capones Island, Camara Island, Anawangin Cove and Nagsasa Cove

Linasin Falls: short tricycle ride plus 40 minutes trekking. So worth it!

Note: NO WIFI, signal is good though.
