پچھلے ہفتے کی بات ہے میں اپنی فیملی کے ساتھ شام کے وقت گلزار صادق بہاولپور گئی۔ کچھ دیر چہل قدمی کے بعد میں نے اپنے بڑے بھائی سے خواہش ظاہر کی کہ میں وہ چھوٹی چار ٹائروں والی موٹربائک چلانا چاہتی ہوں جو وہاں کرائے پر دستیاب تھی۔ بھائی مان گئے تو ہم دونوں اسی جگہ پر موجود بائک والے کے پاس گئے۔ ان مخصوص بائیکس کے لیے ایک الگ ٹریک بنا ہوا تھا۔

جب میں نے بائک چلانا شروع کی تو سب کچھ ٹھیک تھا مگر کچھ دیر بعد ایک موڑ کاٹتے ہوئے بائک اچانک الٹ گئی۔ اس چھوٹے سے حادثے میں میرے بازو کی کہنی (elbow) ٹوٹ گئیی۔ مجھے باقاعدہ ہڈی ٹوٹنے کی آواز بھی سنائی دی وہ لمحہ ناقابل بیان ہے کہ اس درد کی شدت اتنی تھی کہ میں چاہ رہی تھی کہ میری جان نکل جائے بس یہ درد ختم ہو ۔
کچھ دیر بعد ریسکیو والے پہنچے اور مجھے ہسپتال لے گئے۔ ایکسرے کے بعد معلوم ہوا کہ کہنی کی ہڈی تین حصوں میں ٹوٹ چکی ہے۔کچھ دن اسپتال میں داخل رہنے کے بعد میری سرجری ہوئی اور اب میں گھر واپس آ گئی ہوں۔

حادثے کے بعد میرا بازو میرا نہیں رہا۔ چونکہ عام ہڈی نہیں بلکہ جوڑ کی ہڈی ٹوٹی اس لیے معمولی حرکت پر بھی ناقابلِ برداشت درد ہوتا ہے۔
مجھے نہیں معلوم مکمل صحت یابی میں کتنا وقت لگے گا اور کب میں دوبارہ کیک بنا سکوں گی۔۔
میں بہاولپور کے لوگوں سے دعا کی اپیل کرتی ہوں، اور خاص کر ان سے جنہوں نے کبھی ایک بار بھی مجھ سے کیک خریدا ہے۔

یہ کیک میرا پسندیدہ ہے، نہ صرف اس لیے کہ یہ خوبصورت لگ رہا تھا بلکہ اس لیے بھی کہ یہ بالکل ویسا ہی بنا تھا جیسا میں نے سوچا تھا اور کسٹمر نے بھی اسے بے حد پسند کیا۔ میں نے اس کا ریویو بھی شیئر کیا ہے۔ کیک ونیلا ڈیلائٹ فلور میں تھا، ہمارا نیا بیسٹ سیلر۔ یہ فلور ان لوگوں کے لیے بہترین ہے جو ونیلا اور چاکلیٹ کا میکس پسند کرتے ہیں

یہ تین تہوں والا شادی کا کیک میرے لیے ایک خاص تجربہ تھا کیونکہ کسٹمر نے سب کچھ میری مرضی پر چھوڑ دیا تھا۔ ذائقے، وزن، اور سجاوٹ، سب کچھ۔
بناتے وقت میں تھوڑی گھبراہٹ میں تھی کیونکہ ان کی خواہش تھی کہ کیک نفیس ہو، کم فاؤنڈنٹ کے ساتھ، اور عام شادی کے کیک سے ہٹ کر کچھ منفرد ہو۔
تو میں نے مختلف خیالات کو ملا کر یہ ڈیزائن تیار کیا۔ ہر پتی کے کنارے کو بڑی محنت اور باریکی سے رنگا، اور چمکدار دلہن کا جوڑا تو پورے کیک کا نمایاں حصہ بن گیا۔ 🥹♥️
آخر میں یہ اتنا خوبصورت نکلا کہ دل خوش ہوگیا 🥹♥️
