Tip 1: Don’t skip breakfast — start your day right.
Tip 2: Stay well hydrated — drink a glass of water every hour.
Tip 3: Follow the plate method — include carbs, proteins, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals for a balanced meal.
Tip 4: Practice mindful eating — chew your food properly, eat slowly, and stay focused while eating.
Tip 5: After eating, take a 10-minute break, then go for a 10–15 minute light walk (even at home) to support digestion.
Tip 6: Have a cup of green tea after meals — it helps reduce bloating and improves digestion.
And lastly, avoid mixing too many sweet and salty foods together.
