This is being done without any official authorization, registration, or government oversight.
Their illegal control over local water resources is directly responsible for the **acute water shortage** being suffered by the law-abiding residents of the community. While a government water tank has been constructed in Lakhan, the general public is not benefiting from it because this mafia **monopolizes water access, manipulates supply, and forces people to pay for what should be a free public resource**.
This is a **clear violation of the law**, a **threat to public welfare**, and an example of **criminal negligence** if not acted upon immediately.
I hereby demand that your office:
1. **Launch an immediate investigation** into the illegal water tanks and bores being operated in Ameer Muslim Town.
2. **Take strict legal action** against all individuals and groups found responsible.
3. **Restore public water supply** fairly and without interference from illegal operators.
4. **Deploy regular monitoring** and inspection teams to ensure such illegal activities do not continue.
The residents of this area are being exploited and deprived of a basic human necessity. We strongly urge the administration to treat this matter with the **urgency and seriousness it deserves** before the situation worsens further.
